WHY START-UPS FAIL.

This article will solely be based on SAAS and what it entails.

SAAS also known as Software as a service can be described as a method of delivering applications on the internet.A unique method of accessing a software without installing it in your device to save yourself from complex hardware and management.

We have different types of SAAS and some of it include: 1. Google Workspace. 2.DropBox. 3. SalesForce.

4.SAP Concur. 5.Go Go Meeting.

WHY MOST SAAS START-UPS FAIL

1. SAAS startups fail to Establish Product Market Fit: this can be further explained in the sense that most market product are bad or non-existent to begin with, there was never a product to market at first, because many founders keep their ideas so close to heart so as not to be looked down upon,or maybe not get their ideas stolen from them.

2. Cash Flow Problem:this also is a big problem in the SAAS start-up because many founders fail to invest or direct large amount of money into their software creations,it is often believed that large amount of money is directed into creating bigger offices and other things of such meanwhile all this money is supposed to be chaneled into the software to help it find it’s fit in the market.

3.Poor Management:In the SAAS business model, knowing who and when to hire is very important because getting it wrong from the beginning can wreck your whole business and it comes crashing down right before it even started. Building a very reliable team that can handle the SAAS model is very important and very much essential.

COMMON MISTAKES OFTEN MADE IN SAAS STARTUPS.

1. Not having a strong strategy in the market:if you do not know what you want in the market, you’d definitely fall off.

2.Poor Timing:the time to create or establish a new software in the market,is very much different, because you need to know when your target audience is available.

3.Overlooking the power of Content Marketing.

4. Being Unoriginal:when you’re not passionate or intentional about what it is you do ..no way your idea or business innovative is getting you anywhere..you definitely have to be sure that’s what you want and want to do.

5. Poor customer service.

I believe with all of this, you should as a person be on the right track and try as much as possible to avoid all of this when starting a SAAS business model.
